  13. I have version 3.0 of NComm.  Does anyone know if there has been a later 
  14. version?

  16. I have also tried to contact the author to arrange to register but have 
  17. not been able to do so yet.  The email address given with NComm 3.0 for 
  18. Torkel Lodberg was torkel@scala.adsp.sub.org.  Mail sent there has not 
  19. been delivered.  Has anyone a more recent address for Torkel or is 
  20. there someone else who handles registrations?
